ew999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ew999 platform available at ew999.org ("the Platform"), you ("the User" or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ew999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your ew999 account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ew999 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Use of the ew999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ew999 strictly prohibits access by or on behalf of persons under the age of 18. We may require documentary proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. 3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ew999 services, you must register a personal account. You are permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. Creation of duplicate, multiple or false accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering your ew999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information, including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact details;
• Promptly update your account information in the event of any changes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notify ew999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

ew999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks at registration and at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ew999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your ew999 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ew999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ew999 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timelines stated in the cashier section of the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction.
• ew999 reserves the right to reverse any transaction it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited to your ew999 account originate from legitimate sources. ew999 maintains strict anti-money laundering ("AML") controls and may request source-of-funds documentation where required by applicable regulations.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the ew999 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each product (sports betting, casino, slots, jackpot games and speciality games). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

• Bets are accepted at the odds or stake parameters displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, bets are binding and cannot be cancelled unless expressly provided for in applicable betting rules.
• ew999 reserves the right to void or suspend bets where there is reasonable evidence of error, technical fault, system abuse or irregular betting patterns.
• Results of casino and slot games are determined by certified random number generators ("RNG") and are final. Outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical equipment monitored under camera, and results are final once the round concludes.
• ew999 is not responsible for losses arising from user error, including but not limited to incorrect bet selection, staking errors or misinterpretation of odds.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance promptly after settlement. Settlement timelines vary by product and market type.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ew999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback or other promotional incentives to registered members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in the relevant promotion terms. ew999 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, game weightings, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps will be specified in the promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the ew999 Platform:

• Providing false or misleading registration information or impersonating any person or entity;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or circumvent any game outcome, betting market, promotional offer or security feature;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not permitted by ew999;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or arbitrage activity intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime in connection with the Platform;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening ew999 staff or other users of the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8 Responsible Gaming

ew999 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We strongly encourage all users to approach gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on their gaming activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits to your ew999 account;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ew999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of ew999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without ew999's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ew999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your betting or gaming activity;
• Loss or corruption of data, including account information;
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond ew999's control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Amendments to These Terms

ew999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
